Quinoa salad recipe for 4:
1 1/2 Vegetable Bouillon Cubes
1 Red Pepper
150g Feta Cheese
For the sauce:
1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
1 Table Spoon Olive Oil
1 Table Spoon Balsamico Dressing
1 Tea Spoon Mustard
1 Table Spoon of Salad Flavouring
First you need to wash the quinoa under cold water. Boil the water and add the vegetable cubes. Add the quinoa and let it boil at lower heat for approximately 15 minutes. Cut your vegetables and feta cheese into small pieces. Prepare your sauce. Mix everything and it is ready to be served and to enjoy your ladies’ dinner night.
