For all breakfast lovers, Ma shares with you today one of her favorite recipes. It is quick and easy to do, so no excuse for skipping breakfast, even during exams 🙂
Ma is a breakfast lover and even during exam period she takes time to prepare a healthy, delicious and beautiful breakfast.
6 Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Glass of Orange Juice
Put everything in your blender. Blend it up and serve it in a jar and decorate it with a strawberry or any fruit you have.
Porridge topped with fruits and chia seeds:
1/2 Cup of milk
1/2 Cup of Oats
1 Tea Spoon of cinnamon
1 Tea Spoon of Maple Syrup
5 Frozen Raspberries
1 Table Spoon of Chia Seeds
Fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana
First heat up the milk and then add the oats. Stir until you have a nice mixture and then add the raspberries. When the raspberries start to get soft add the cinnamon and the maple syrup. Place it in a nice bowl. Cut your fresh fruits, place them on top of the porridge and add the chia seeds.
Just amazing for a delicious and healthy breakfast in the morning to keep you full until lunch time.
