Today Ma shares her three favorite food ideas for a great brunch and one of her best fresh homemade juices.

Multi grain bread with avocado and sunny side up egg

1/2 Slice of multi grain bread
1/4 Avocado
1 Egg
Smash the avocado with a fork in a bowl, spice it with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Prepare your egg in a pan. Place everything nicely on a plate.

Chia Pancakes

1 Egg
1 Cup of Spelt Flour
1 Cup of Almond Milk
2 Table Spoons of Chia Seeds
2 Tea Spoons of Baking Powder
With this amount of dough you can make roughly 8 little pancakes.
Serve them with fresh fruits and top the whole with plain yoghurt and maple syrup if you like.

Açaí Bowl

2 Packages of frozen Açaí Purée (http://www.fine-fruits-club.de/acai/web/b2c/Artikeldetails/Bio-Acai-Fruchtpueree_Attila-Hildmann-Collection_14x400g.aspx)
2 Bananas
1 Cup of frozen Blueberries
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer.
Place it in a bowl and top it with
Goji Berries

Apple-Carrot Juice

For 4 Glasses
12 Carrots
3 Apples
Wash the carrots and put them in your juicer. Do the same with your apples.
